The Business Development Manager is responsible for Security Services sales and marketing for the development and overall performance of security projects derived from existing and new clients The BDM is a role responsible for:
1) Supporting Sales and Marketing
2) Coordinating, tasking and managing delivery organizations and third party providers to assure successful solution delivery
3) Developing business strategies for the enhancement of revenue and financial performance.
The senior security project manager will manage and direct project which devise high-level architecture plans for corporate clients. Duties include assisting in developing more junior resources in pre-sales security situations and in working with clients and other consultants to plan and provide the overall solution for our clients security needs. This job requires significant amount of travel, to client sites and service delivery locations thought out European Union, Middle East Gulf and Asia.
The candidate must have a solid business and technical background as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Skills should include: Strong Security background in a network environment, familiarity with security services and products Proven ability to provide technical leadership to development or services organization, by providing support to engineering organizations. Proven ability to work effectively with clients to identify requirements, develop project plans and schedules, and prepare proposals. A ISO27001 certification or CISSP certification would be an asset. At least 5 or more years experience is desired, including at least 3 in project management capacity.

Duties include assisting in training more junior resources in pre-sales security situations and in working with clients and/or other consultants to deliver security knowledge on tools and processes. This job requires significant amount of travel, to client sites and service delivery locations thought out European Union, Middle East Gulf and Asia.
The candidate must have a solid business and technical background as well as strong training and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with clients to identify educational requirements, develop training project plans and schedules, and prepare training proposals. A ISO27001 certification or CISSP certification would be an asset. At least 5 or more years experience is desired, including at least 3 in security training capacity.
